i just finished reading this, honestly his only flaw is being a pussy, he a family guy who works to provide for his family, so far he hasnt shown any weird behaviour to women
he honstly just the opposite of the stereotypical aura farming mc, tho he does have some aurafarming moments
id say give it a chance and after 15 chapters if you dont like his character then you might wanna drop
In my opinion, that’s pretty realistic. People can be pretty contradictory, and I can understand his confidence boost in the tower since it shows multiple times that he literally feels stronger in there with the stat increase and most of his fears come from social interactions and trying new things/change. All the monsters he’s shown to be afraid of are pretty understandable too. I wouldn’t want to go near those things. He just wants to try out his abilities a little and test his limits, not suddenly clear a whole floor by himself and risk his life. Though I’m not a fan of the “stallion” gimmick or the “beta male” talk, everything else is very understandable for me and even relatable. It’s not often that you see a character that’s this realistic.
That isn’t relevant to my reply. We were talking about ‘inconsistencies’ in his personality, not nationalism, racism, and homophobia. Did you even read past the first sentence of my reply before replying yourself? Genuine question since your reply is honestly perplexing.
And maybe go to the comment sections for the novel if you want to complain about it so much.

The MC kinda pisses me off, like I know it’s more realistic to be scared and work up courage. But there’s a time and a place and if u have no strength you would think you would be more careful and listen to your summons. Erm ?
