Yeah i feel the same but i guess its understandable (not justifiable) since she saw him purely as a video game character for her survival.. i mean if i were in her shoes id definitely also do anything i could to survive even if it’s cruel, esp since the people are like ‘fictional’ right? + the stakes for her are super high and she won’t risk her plans being ruined even if she has to be crueller
Did she though? She never treated him romantically. She was just kind to him as a person. She never said she loved him or that she had romantic feelings.
He latched onto her kindness and mistook it for romantic intentions.
Sure there were different ways for her to handle it but it's not like she said she was going to be with him or gave him any indication of that.

What I meant was she didn't do anything past basic human kindness. She didn't kiss him or call him the most special to her etc etc. she just treated him kindly.
I know, I get what ur trying to say...but from the beginning it's not kindness that was on her mind but her motive was to use him to get out of the game, since he is also one of the character
