according to the novel the dad was a perv. The Mc Mom was the ML dad lover and since the Mc look just like his mom the dad was like obsessed with him. The dad was in the process of grooming the Mc. It went from him spoiling him to casually touching to making him try on clothes in front of him to eventually making the Mc get naked and sit on him while he touch him. The MC felt like it was wrong and started getting scared so he told the ML mom. The ML mom hit him and called him a filthy liar. Even though she knew he was telling the truth. She was jealous of the MC( he was a kid) Eventually the ML dad pretty much moved/ locked him up in another house that was on the property for years. The ML ended up running into the MC 1 day and basically they both became friends and fell for each other and became a couple as they got older. The mom hated the MC with a passion and tried many dirty tricks to get the ML to break up with him. None of it work. She even involved the ML siblings to help. The ML brother actually attempted to rape him but failed. The dad was obsessed with the MC being a virgin too and plotted to have sex with him as soon as he have his first heat. He wanted the Mc to be his mistress. Everyone in the house knew. But the ML found it to be digusting and was trying to protect the MC. Alot of stuff happen in between time. The ML and his father has I guess similar scents or same scents. So while he is in induce heat he can't really think straight. The father is also home follows the scent and discovers it's the MC. The father pheremones are now triggered as well so the MC thinking it's the ML is happy that ML is there and is okay. So he basically begs the father who he thinks is the ML to help him cause his body is in over drive. He also keeps repeating the ML name over and over and confessing his love because he honestly thinks it's him. During that the ML has finally woke from his coma and is like I wanna see the MC his mom tries to make him stay but he is like No I wanna see my man. So he rushes home and smells MC heat pheremones and his father rut pheremones. He runs to the room and sees MC completely naked and his father naked on top of him about to insert his dick & mc clinging to his father. The father yells for him to get out heartbroken he runs out. However, the father then has a change of mind and I guess maybe feels a little guilty because Mc is still calling him ML name so he gets off MC and instead gives him medication. The mom then sees this as an opportunity and pretty much manipulate ML into believing he was betrayed. So no MC never slept with the father and the child belongs to the ML. But the father was absolutely a pedo and creep.

1) the ML took a knife/ bullet to protect MC and still got his dumbass manipulated into believing MC betrayed him…
2) MC being drugged might not even remember what happened so he likely doesn’t even knowing the circumstances why ML abandoned him
3) they literally never discuss it and the creep father decided not to even try to explain..

And 4) everyone in that house is pathetic and deserves nothing for being jealous/ antagonistic towards a CHILD hat was being groomed jfc

It'd be a while since I've read it so I might be missing something or the details might not be 100% accurate. Cause I just seen a comment that said it was the dad that tricked him to come over. Idk. I just remember that he was indeed tricked to come there and got drugged. I pretty much was skipping chapters and skimming the novel cause It's so freakin long I just wanted to get to the nitty griddy of it all and see what happened. But Yea the ML was just a dumbass to believe that. Like his family was set on destroying the relationship to the point they were making fake pictures of the the Mc with other alphas and all. && Each time ML was like I don't believe it this is fake he would never do anything like this.. like their relationship was so good until that happen. It went from sugar to shit really fast. But I'm not entirely sure on what happen after that because the link I was using sadly got banned.

Still it’s clear ML never stopped to question a single person in his family. Which, cool family loyalty or whatever, but that doesn’t make me root for their relationship cuz he seemed blind to the blatant abuse

Yea I think she's the niece/grandaughter ( cant remember) but anyway she actually likes the MC and feels bad on how he gets treated. She knows her family is hiding something so she goes on a mission to figure out what's going on. She ends up finding out the truth through the druggie brother/uncle. She basically holds up drugs and is like tell me everything about this family and what's going on and I'll give you these. Due to him going through withdrawals he caves so fast. She was scared tho because she knew he could easily just overpower her and take the drugs but luckily it work out in her favor. But I think she finds out other stuff too cause he spills about every and anything.
