Do you guys think it's right for a seller to take first payment of $352 from me AND resell my items with no intentions of giving me a refund just because I was 45 minutes past the deadline set by the seller to pay the shipping fee?
It was stated in her tncs already but I still don't think it's fair she gets to resell and yet still keep my money. There was literally zero loss on her part. In the merch community I'm in, a transgression on a seller's tncs automatically means the seller gets to do whatever they want with the buyer's items and money... Surely in the real world it doesn't work like that too? Anyways I'm taking her to court in small claims tribunal in May so wish me luck ( ̄∇ ̄")
