I actually first found out about it through a comment.
But when i read the two stories, these were some that i found:
1. Rhan Gwen and Eira are both from the Labyrinth City
2. Yanu and Shah Amon are both dragons born from the lava of the mountain
3. The dragons lore is the same
4. most damning evidence is they are both from the same author

Commenting cuz I also want to know if there are stories with the same universe as this

Because I'm the type to ask then search for answers myself lol. Heres what I can share:
I found the list of novels the author has made, and so far theres only these two that seems connected. I havent read the other works, but based on their titles and synopses, those didnt seem related.

I badly wish that they decide to make a series from this universe tho ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

hello! i also started reading this after i found out it has the same universe as the snake that swallowed the pomegranate! just to clarify on point no. 1, though i do believe that Rhan Gwen is also a mage from Labyrinth City, an interesting fact also lies in Chap 5 of the snake that swallowed the pomegranate where Gwen said that he is actually from Sola! the writing might different from Solath in this manhwa but they are actually the same place because Nain later mentioned that Sola is famous for its white stones which is similar from Solath!

Wait OMG! I might have to reread The Snake that Swallowed the Pomegranate, those bits totally flew over my head. Thank you!!

ALSO MAKES SENSE WHY GWEN KEEPS MAKING POP CULTURE REFERENCES i thought it was so ?? and no one was questioning it….

It is in the same universe. This story is from the perspective of a crazy monster loving magician who is interested in research and loves being with dragon. But unfortunately the other MC is from the perspective of a normal person who is freaked out by all the concepts.

gurl the sola-solath connection is insaneeee ALSO we know how Gwen seems too sus like he isekaied right? Guess who else did? EYRA and plenty other mages in the labyrinth city if im not remembering wrong.
The labyrinth city might have something to do with the player system?

Plus Nain also mentioned that he'd heard of people in the north living on snowy terrains having hair white as the snow. We know very well that Solath is in the north and since Eyra's whole family had white hair, it must've been the same for some very distant relatives or seen in other merchants and travellers as well or in their neighbouring estates

The player system is only exclusive to Eyra only but it is true that not only Eyra is reincarnated from the other world, in fact the reason why it happens because a dragon sensed his mate from the other world and managed to create a crack.

Eyra's specialized magic is mind reading but it can cause overload for his mind so it manifested as a game-like because it is something he was familiar with his previous life so he can consume information slowly.
