All I see in the comments is 99% of people not condoning his behavior. Idk who you're seeing is agreeing, but even genuine readers are not condoning it. Yet, here we are, reading it anyway because people want to know what will happen. It's just how it is with toxic dark stories.
There are actually MANY people condoning the ML's behavior if you read the comments further. And that's just from this site, who knows about the other sites? Admittedly, no, I may not see anyone who agrees on Suah's behavior, but there ARE several people who defends him regardless.
I've came accross a few condoning it, here and on other platforms. It's a if the boot fits situation tbh. And yes, most will continue reading it as you said. Some will interact with it like it's a love story, others like it's a cautionary tale. Just find it a bit disappointing to see some replies that's all

So what if the story is supposed to have three seasons or that there's still more character building after this? It doesn't excuse shit. "It only happens in the start" well it shouldn't even happened in the first place. There are MANY ways to write a story/character building without making them a rapist. Personally I think Suah is good as a character up until the last few chapter, I genuinely understand that his obsession and manipulative nature came from Juhyeok pushing him away, but raping him and making it look like his fault for almost sleeping with the old man? Bffr man.
Y'all can argue with a wall if you think that Suah's action is completely acceptable and that he should be forgiven. Although yes this is fictional, it actually shows just how much you depict such situations in irl as well (sorry to say).
