Exactly omg... Can we just have something that's purely centered around women? Men are always included one way or another, like idk but it's always in a sexual way. Like for a woman to be validated sexually she needs to have some experience with a guy. It objectifies both parties anyways, but why not a girl? I'd hope it would maybe be with a guy to show that she doesn't exactly value men as much as she values her crush which is a given... But I'm not sure why it always has to be a guy. I read it and I'm not impressed. Like it's short asf so not much to work with anyways, but I like the premise. Like you said, the whole sex with the guy thing is off putting but I do understand a bit where MC is coming from with it. But also I wish she would've just not done that and killed him the way she did after her plan backfired. Anyways it was whatever. It sometimes feels like women's sexual life always has to be justified or tied down to a man for some period of time in fictional contexts for it to be validated once it exists that bubble... That being lesbian sex. Idk maybe I'm reaching but it's annoying. I just wanna see gay shit without shit violating it

And honestly it comes off as a bit lesbophobic too cuz why isnt a womans sex life being with only women not deemed just as valid? Its so weird how patriarchy seeps into everything

Literally, ur so right it's so common too across yuris and GLs... The two GL I've read that doesn't do this are Kiss the Coming Appocalypse and On a Leash. Both are pretty fire but first option isn't really romance. I'm sure you've heard of these two czu they're pretty famous. Do you have recs of like actually good toxic yuri or GL? Most of the stuff being recommended is so shallow, especially on mangago and it's mostly slop, just like the rest of the shit being chucked out... I'd do anything for a good yuri or GL

I loved on a leash and kiss the coming apocalypse, i havent read much toxic yuri but i do suggest opium the art is good and their dynamic is pretty anxiety inducingly dramatic lol, plot is deep too, another manhwa that comes to mind is drunken relationship, the second couple is toxic and the sex scenes are so good, u prolly have read these two if u read lot of yuri. White angels have no wings is also toxic but the ending is pretty much open to interpretation. Black and white by sal jiang is a personal fav cuz both of the characters are physically violent and its pretty toxic lol. Trash flower, you are my angela, how to relationship, these also come to mind
I mostly scroll through stuff on dynasty reader as that has a larger collection of gl manga specifically, u can try that.

Ooh, I'm currently ready white angels have no wings rn and it's pretty interesting. Also, pretty underrated manhwa, but it's calling "Falling" or "Fall", if u want I can send u the link. It's also toxic but mostly due to betrayal and recovery. It doesn't have rape or any of the extreme toxic prospects, it's mostly relationship wise and psychology. But it's so good. It's ongoing. The art is gorgeous and the characters are both complex and so well written, totally recommend! Ty for the recommendations queen/king
