Yes. It was revealed in another chapter that Tae-Ha pulled some strings and got Mincheol his job. He set the whole thing up, knowing Mincheol would cheat with that girl. It was all calculated by Tae-ha to separate him from Na-Haesoo for good.
I’m so torn on if that and everything tae-ha has done is batshit crazy in a bad way or a good way. I mean I love how crazy he is for our girl but dam dude to be this calculating and manipulative is more than just crazy lol
true, but at the end of the day, all he did was set the situation up for them. he never forced anyone to do anything out of their own will. married men and women (since that’s what they practically were) are constantly surrounded by conventionally attractive people on the daily and, sure, some cheat, but the majority do not because most people have morals and self control. so i’d say it’s in a good way since this would have likely been the outcome between her and mincheol anyway, taeha just sped up the process. i think he was always destined to cheat, whether it was with this girl or the next hot chick that walked in, just someone to take his pent up frustrations out on since he couldn’t do that with haesoo since he always wanted to appear picture perfect in front of her and doesn’t want to stoop to her level cause he looks down on her. sorry idk why this is so long. also my explanation is a lot like the situation in “trust me, i’m lying” if you haven’t read it already! ml in there and taeha are practically the same.
