No! That's not confirmed! If you read the first chapter and chapter 24, it's two different scenarios. The first chapter, Guwon killed someone that tried to kill the MC. But on chapter 24, Guwon killed the MC's dad.
So we don't know what's the truth here. Also mc did hit his head in the first mc so his memory probably isn't good.
That hasn't been confirmed yet, MC's memory is damaged and he's filling the blanks based on what he has right now. So far, what we do know is that Guwon found him. What seems to be possible now: 1) Guwon found the house where MC was hurt and unconscious, and his father was already dead, 2) Guwon might have indeed killed the dad, but it's not confirmed as of yet.

Guys bc everyone forgot: GUWON KILLED THE MC FATHER!!! And so now the MC is scared of him because he saw a different side to him, and also I’m pretty sure he stripped the doctor guy from his family and killed them because they weren’t of use…. Correct me if I’m wrong :p
