For all his talk about him not wanting to be with some rando alpha just because he's an Omega and would just be a "stepping-stone" for the chairmanship, his reaction to the Secretary (after the Secretary's initial attempt at coercion, the ch before this rape scene) is not congruent with his character.
Trusting his Secretary more who did all of that rather than the childhood ML who never did force himself is crazy work for some boss man Omega who is supposed to be crazy strong and intelligent.
