The little brother didn’t care. Reporting late makes the case more difficult. When cases are open for too long, they become cold. So the little brother waited as long as respectfully possible before he would be implicated. The older brother was on his vacation time and that’s when Minhyun offed him. Older brother was reported missing when he didn’t return to the office after his vacation time ended, which was 10 days, because everyone knew he wouldn’t miss work. People tried to contact him, but he didn’t reply. So that’s when the little brother would report him missing, because then everyone would know his older brother was missing. If little brother didn’t report him missing, then someone from work would have and everyone would have wondered why his sibling wouldn’t report it. Little brother has no remorse, he actually appreciates someone taking out the older brother. Little brother inherits everything now and doesn’t have to scheme to take his brother’s position.
