Fictional incest does bother me, but i can appreciate how you can much this story only worked on the 'but they were cousins' dynamic and nothing else. For me if they are cousins in the story, i usually just ignore that fact and think they are close family friends instead.
Fiction incest doesn't bother me but the couple themselves aren't as good as couple 1. We should have had one more chapter for them instead of 3 for the second couple. They had a way more interesting dynamic.
