I don't understand Korean nor did I use a translator to translate the chapters so this is purely based off of the visual clues that I got from reading chapters 44-48. Basically, after the mc caught him making out with another guy, he was distraught and shut the door on them but the guy followed him and probably comforted him and yet again asked mc for sex. Mc declined and slapped the guy. After that, I think it implied a short time skip to the important parts in the story like his grandmother dying. When it was her funeral, the mc completely broke down infront of the twins because he's now truly alone. They basically go home together and comfort the mc, finally treating him like a human being. The twins thought that they'd been comforting the mc and they were doing good at it but the mc has actually been thinking about running away. When both the twins were busy / away from the apartment, mc left without telling them anything aside from being on the phone with them for the last time.

I don’t think that’s gonna happen because the story is about them three and he’s technically just a side character that likes the MC like any other story so he’s either gonna end up with both the twins or one of them
