I agree, I understand she been feeling stress due to their differences in upbringing and positions. It's definitely understandable. But she is communicating with him none of her worries which is saddening, for both her and Iseop. He showed her his love so deeply and yes if she wasnt effected by it they probably wouldn't have gotten as far as they did but seeing how this whole time she looks more troubled than happy it feels like his feelings never fully reached her.
Sigh... Now shes just gonna drop him like that. Like you said I'm glad his cousin gave her a slap in the face although i know it's not gonna change anything
She didn’t tell Iseop anything before leaving because she was afraid that if she told the truth, he would choose her, throwing away his future, his family, and everyone’s expectations for her sake. And if she had lied and said she no longer loved him, that she had used him, and left like that while still working at the same company in the same city, I think Iseop would either have made her life a living hell or never stopped chasing her. I think she saw this as the only definite solution.
As for why she didn’t leave the company, I think it’s because she supports her family financially and has spent her whole career and experience building her life there, so she doesn’t want to give it all up and walk away. I think that’s understandable.

ANDDDD I think the issue isn’t just about love or not loving each other. What she experiencing is more about security and belonging rather than emotions. Iseop’s family is respectful toward her, but they don’t fully make her feel like she truly belongs, which creates a constant feeling of being temporary. That’s why her distance is more like a self protection mechanism. Iseop believes that choosing love solves everything, but for her the real issue isn’t love itself, it’s whether she can actually build a life within that love. It feels like they’re not even living the same kind of emotion, one sees romance while the other sees risk.

Doesn't it feel like it's missing panels, or is it just me?
I think what Junseop said is valid, and it's also a slap in the face to what she's doing without communicating anything to Iseop. Maybe she doesn't want to let go of TK as a means of not letting Iseop go either but she's doing it based on her "logic" and fear despite the fact that Iseop jas poured his everything towards her in actions and words, Iseop's dad might have said what he did but if she thought logically the VP is basically getting rid of the biggest support Iseop has, emotionally and productively.
