I'm pretty sure it was a shounen ai. The seme was either a rich kid or part of yakuza (not entirely sure) he had some body guards & one of them really didn't like the uke.
One part I really remember is that the seme gets almost kidnapped & the uke sees & they hit him over the head to knock him out. He gets back up and kicks their asses.
