Yes. Hitting him and seriously confronting him is okay, or just confronting alone is best. Iltak brought it up and apologized sincerely, he didn’t try to dismiss it and move on. The new guy dismissed his own past and hurt, trying to hurt iltak but he is just stooping to past iltak’s level or worse (the SA plan).
