My question is, how can manago mods give uploading rights to two different ppl at the same time? They even upload at the same time so i don't understand.

Nah bruh. They email a request to the mods and when they approve, you can upload chapters.
Who is this kaizen mf and why do they keep trying to battle for upload privileges with someone who's been uploading this whole time ☠☠ stop wasting my time with fake notifications for chapters I've already read.
