I agree with everything you said. Especially how they all look alike. There were a few times, I got Rane and Lorne mixed up and got confused. And is it just me or did Alex look….softer than he was in the first 5 or 6 chapters?? Especially from Chapter 11 to 13, he didn’t look like himself. He even looked thinner. It bothered me and kind of took me out of the story.
Honestly, I would have been happy if it ended at chapter 9. I didn't care about the whole wedding scene and extras of chapter 10. By chapter 9, it was already dragging for me and it felt wrapped up by the end of it. Chapter 10 felt closer to an epilog, which is fine but unnecessary.
The pacing was also slightly off and the plot felt slapdash, just cobbled together from recycled plot points or tropes. The characters felt a bit hit or miss, too. Very two dimensional, with thoughts and feelings and opinions and hopes for the future only there when necessary for the plot. The rest of the time, it was more like puppets on a stage. It wasn't a terrible story but it certainly wasn't good, either.
First of all, Liene looks like Raine (FL). The only a bit of difference is the bangs. Crown Prince lowkey looks like the Hero (ML) too, CP just has longer hair. Also, the manga should have ended at Chapter 10. It's so unnecessary to drag this on and add more chapters for the sake of what? Anyways, I won't give this a rating yet due to having more chapters. This is a pretty cute read though, but it should have really ended at chapter 10.
