No paedophilia has been shown here; both are minors. And no, it doesn't tick all the boxes, because the 17 yr old doesnt feel any sexual attraction towards the 12-year-old. infact its the opposite. No explicit sexual behaviour has been shown by the older minor to the younger. The seme kissed the uke, the uke didn't. The most important box of yours has not been ticked yet. Tsubaki feels romantic attraction towards Yuni; it's not your disorder. Maybe you try to re-read the manga, and than re read the wiki page, it's not the right manga for your comment.
pedophilia involves real children, not drawings. Pedophilia is illegal. If shota Mangas and their readers were considered Pedophilia than everyone in this public comment section would be locked up for consuming. That includes the people who are engaging in this so called "pedophilic" manga to "warn" people. If a person went on a forum of any sort with actual children depicting CSEM without immediately warning authorities, then they would be locked up.
You think cops can't find a public site's comments? Now tell me, how many times have you reported this to the cops? Since you care about children and think this is harming them one would assume you would report it to the cops. Or at the very least would stop using and supporting a site that would host something "pedophilic". Stop the virtue signaling.
You'll just respond by calling me names, being rude, and deflecting because you don't mean or believe what you're saying

this is the wikipedia page on pedophilia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedophilia
it states that, “Pedophilic disorder is defined as a pattern of pedophilic arousal accompanied by either subjective distress or interpersonal difficulty, or having acted on that arousal. The DSM-5 reques that a person must be at least 16 years old, and at least five years older than the prepubescent child or children they are aroused by, for the attraction to be diagnosed as pedophilic disorder.”
from comments i’ve seen, the younger character is 12, and older one is 17. 5 years, over 16, prepubescent or just started puberty. ticks all the boxes
