This story is a series of unfortunate events. It’s hard to pinpoint the blame on just one person besides the obvious aka Misha’s dad and probably Carlos for asking for marriage without Mishas consent. Like everybody did something that caused unfortunate/sometimes unintended consequences onto another person, which is why it’s so frustrating to see all the comments just blaming Misha when the situation was forced onto him.
Misha is also a victim of his circumstance. Everyone just focuses on the fact that he abandoned his son, which, yes, is he wrong to do but he shouldn’t be blamed for “cheating” when he never wanted this marriage in the first place. Also he’s blamed for being horrible and selfish etc but nobody is saying anything about the true cause of the situation his dad and Carlos, who despite treats him “well,” forced the marriage onto him.
Hes wrong to abandon his son but it’s also like he didn’t want this marriage or the product of the marriage, his son. It was a product of a one night stand thanks to his heat and the compelling of pheromones which was very influential since they’re fated. misha couldn’t even remember what happened during his heat. But i suppose he should take responsibility for the result of his heat... but is it wrong to pursue his own happiness? If carlos and felix were both rational, mature adults, Misha annd Carlos would’ve divorced and they all could’ve coparented. I feel that it’s very unfortunate and unfair for the son but i can also understand why misha did what he did so that’s why I can’t exactly resent him for his decision and be quick to pass judgment in the form of labels. I also feel that carlos letting him “cheat” is deserved. I mean you force a marriage on someone-the least you could do is let him be with whom he actually wants… but at that point why cling to the man. Clinging onto someone who was forced to be with you only makes them feel more trapped.
His son became collateral in the games of his parent’s generation, and this story plus the sequel just shows how the generational trauma cycle continues. His son also became a perpetrator of violence not due to his abandonment issues but because it played a major role in shaping his actions and thoughts
Maybe in taking this too seriously and the readers r 12 wanting y/n and mafia ceo to get together but it’s just annoying to see everyone blame solely 1 person when there’s actually multiple characters who should also be blamed. No one in this story is actually blameless except the son in his parents story at least. his own was a totally diff story
