I know, I think people aren't used to how short of a time frame each chapter is from each other. It literally is continuously flowing on the same day since that lunch (with the flashback of why he is dressed so shit becuz he lost a bet). I love this manga!! so I reread everything like crazy, but I get why people are lost.. but also just go reread the former chapters....
I mean, are we really surprised? People rarely understand plots when it comes to BL. The only thing they want is to see pretty tops and bottoms. Most readers are stupid lmaoo

What's confusing about "let's go to the night market after dinner" in ch 49, him getting away from the creeper who doesn't know he's empress, and then they go to the market after dinner as clearly and plainly said. Learn to read, don't blame pacing for your lack of braincells. Y'all be like "wahh what's happening" while reading the answer.
