I heavily disagree with this take. The reason mc stood up for the coworker the first time around and not when ml was "being a jerk" later on was because the AE was being vague with his criticism. The AE was doing nothing but talking down on and being disrespectful to the coworker under the guise of criticism, which mc called out. On ML's case, he actually did provide really valid points on his criticism. He was just harsh, which mc ALSO called out, though not in the same manner as the first one. And I did end up agreeing ML as someone who had experience in communicatoon and design. You simply dont use foreign text for an ad that is supposed to reach the local masses.
And about the account ML ran, it was definitely antagonizing on the MC's perspective, but not in ML's perspective. The ML was probably showing appreciation through parody, and when he found out MC actually didnt like it, he was willing to delete the account.
You're definitely reading too much drama because this yaoi is still fluffy so far. The story is still not at the point where we can see a definite character development because S1 is about them getting together and S2 seems to be about how they both handle their differences, both creatively and personality-wise, but you can already see how their relationship affects MC's character on the last few chapters. We can probably say the same on ML on the later chapters
Yes, the criticism can be specific but the execution should also be conducive to growth. You can say that your coworkers and superiors don’t owe you that but humans are social creatures and for the betterment of society we should be kinder in our delivery. And I don’t disagree that the ml didn’t know the mc hated his account but even after he saw how upset the mc was about his account and he still copied his profile caption. I don’t fault him for the initial account trolling since he was unaware of how mc perceived it.
This manhwa may be fluffy but I don’t think that doesn’t mean we can’t make commentary and critiques especially when the author themself is adding moral commentary. We didn't fall out of a coconut tree so there will be reflections of real life dynamics which are fair to discuss. It may be a coincidence that both junior team members that cried were women or it may be indicative of subconscious ideas. There are plenty of other series that may deserve dissection and criticism way more but I felt drawn to this one and just added my 5¢.
I do kinda agree with op with this one. This manhwa portrays different themes such as personality difference, professionalism, separation of professional and personal lives, compromise in a relationship. My issue is mc is always the one compromising. Whether it is for the account or the job or their professional behaviors and several other things. Ml kind of effectively got mc to just ride in his terms and offers no real compromise on his end. I may be forgetting something but he has not deleted the account right?
Mc may vocalize his opinions but they are really not taken into account. Mc said he hated the account. Ml said sorry and nothing was effectively done about it. Mc said something about really hating AE yet ml begged him to separate his two lives ignoring mc carries his work to his personal lives and is passionate about it. In the end mc agreed to this term as well. Ml showed a pretty harsh behavior and when called out just said "I'm just like that" which is actually opposite to how mc conducts himself. Again no real solution just to accept ml "professional" behavior. What bugged me wrong was when he later says "i will be nice to someone I like only" or something similar.
The burden of compromise always falls on mc. I agree with ml on point that you cannot effectively compromise and match your entire life for someone else. But isn't that same for mc too? Mc is the type of person who eats both his veges and meat dishes off of the same plate whereas ml separates veg and meat dishes into two different ones. Now why is the mc the only tuning his perspective buying different plates, cutlery and bowls.
I guess character development take time but it's also 62 chapter of uni-direction favor for one's perspective whereas the other have been continuously ignored. It's not that they don't communicate but it's clear whose words have the real weight in the relationship.

I feel like at the beginning the mc really had potential but he lost all his values and backbone after meeting the ml. Before he stood up to his coworker who was mean to the new staff member, but later when the ml is a jerk towards a less experienced member of the project he basically just lets it go? Someone said in a different thread that the author is demonstrating what adults should do in real life situations but I disagree. The ml is a pretentious jerk who really gives off that holier than thou vibe. The mc doesn’t have a backbone and easily forgives the ml for lying to him and continuing to antagonize him with the account even after knowing how he felt about it. They aren’t properly solving issues if the compromises aren’t double-sided. It’s always the bottoms forgiving and giving up their values for the tops. You can’t really expect too much but I was disappointed because the mc and their relationship dynamic seemed pretty cool at the beginning.
