I saw someone else say it's a flashback to 182's past and I think that's it. I was also a little confused lol.
He was sitting in front of the gargoyle in the present but the other scene was his memory. I believe it’s supposed to hint that 182, for whatever reason, worked for the administration in some capacity. The flashback looked to be him returning to RR (the red head) after a mission in fogland back when he had both arms and all his teeth.
Im a little confused about the scene where 182 is beside the gargoyle and we see a soldier that looks like him/ is him? Can someone explain pls
