I just given my take on the story - that I find it weird that author is trying to explain her/his kink and make it deep by adding really heavy topics where it is just fetish monsterfucking. I have read main story out of curiosity and didn't have issue with it at all, I have read darked stories in hentai/BL but nobody tried to explain them as something more/complex. But instead of my view you have gone to attack me personally bc of pornhwa. Like that's ok that you/others like it, my voicing my opinion is not a thread to this community/author.
I get you’re trying to interpret the character, but linking it to Down syndrome might not be the best way to describe it. That’s a pretty insensitive assumption.

Little A can't even speak yet, in the future we see that he learns from Kendrick like when he repeats what he says without understanding, now he asks if they can do it and waits for a response. The intention to harm is what differentiates both scenes.
