Actually no. Dan agreed to sleep with him AND have sex whenever and wherever Jaekyung wanted. He was blinded by cash. I'm not saying Jaekyungs perfect by any means he still is a yellow flag. But my point is Dan literally signed up for this. He knew what Jaekyung was like before all that, also are we forgetting he gave Dan many times to leave? Anyway, chapter 3 the first time they had sex, Lim Dan tried to back out and Jaekyung threatened him with violence (KD: "I-IM REALLY SORRY BUT... I DINT THINK I CAN DO THIS! I CANT DO IT....etc. JK: ....IF YOU WASTE MY TIME LIKE THAT LAST LITTLE BITCH... DONT EXPECT TO COME HOME SAFE AND SOUND.") That sentence itself is enough to make it rape or dubious consent at the least. He does later on suggest a deal himself but for the first time, he was bribed on the spot for sex after found to what he thought was going to be a physical therapy appointment, and when he tried to stop he was threatened.

Chapter 8, Kim Dan literally says "STOP IT!!" before being fingered. He is under a sexual contract but a person not wanting to have alone makes the act non consensual. He even thinks "I KNOW I SIGNED A CONTRACT BUT... THIS IS TOO MUCH!!" a person, even if you have an agreement, if they don't want to have sex, does not consent.

You can make the argument that Dan agreed to these but he hesitantly agreed after being COERCED AND BRIBED, (Multiple times across multiple chapters we see him being very uncomfortable and/or in pain during sex and voicing it aswell so it's not as though JK was oblivious either that Kim was only doing it since he was poor), so no matter what it's dubious consent, and demanding sex from a person from a person giving debatable consent is just rapey.
