if you have weird poops, cramping, anemia, or bloody stool - call your doctor and get a colonoscopy! i am 27 and just had my first one. don’t wait for a problem to grow out of control if you start suspecting something off with your body. also, in my area i was sedated for the colonoscopy so no need to fear the tube discomfort! the prep laxative was the worst part lol
