Looking at the amazing hair growth I doubt it. I don't think author will write that deeply to show minor symptoms after he was gone for 6 months at that
It isn't cancer that makes the hair thin and fall, it's the chemotherapy, so he could have cancer and he's just not treating it
Although, it would be very absurd
Maybe haebom has cancer or smthn ??
