reading the newest chapters i cant help but think about how goonerbait all the female characters are. theres only really 3 notable female characters and they only really seem to ever serve as a romantic interest for the mc like the boat scene with ria and sunny fighting over his attention, rias childhood crush on him now being moreso feelings of respect, but it seems out of character for sunny to fight over him? reina also only ever seems to show up as a way to tempt him in a way, shes drawn, in lack of better term, as goonerbait. her expressions, her actions and figure and way shes dressed. and dont get me started on the art, the artist only seems to know how to draw one body type when it comes to women and its big chested and wide hips. its a real shame that none of the female characters really have a strong personality, its an easy fix too, reina could properly show her individual leadership skills and strength, sunny is mentally strong so why not have an arc where she really challenges herself and gets stronger. its easy fixes that can flesh out the characters so it really bugs me how theyre just there as essentially forced diversity but also just not done well
