HOLY COW! THANK YOU!! When I read the first few chapters on another site some novel readers reassured us that the ml was a walking green flag, so i was thinking "ain't no way THATS the ml right?!". Adaptation did him dirty then cuss holy crap did that chapter about the Perdue's backstory with him make me find him the darkest of dark RED flags. I can be totally okay with a "fake rake", but the moment the adaptation had him take her to bed for real in the flashback, and tell that poor girl all that, I lost ALL thoughts that he might be a cold, but kind green flag.
Agreed!! She’s clearly very underage so when he slept with her I thought immediately that he was going to be a secondary villain to our MC!! Cause no way our ML is sleeping with and using this young girl and considered good

i think you’re confusing theodore (blue guy) as the ML he’s not. Michael ( has blonde hair ) is the ML they are talking about. he’s in chap 30 (35 chaps on other sites) and only appeared once so far and we don’t know exactly what his deal with the crown prince is yet
Oh thank goodness! I was incredibly concerned. I really like this story, and the doll like character art is quite pleasing to my eyes.
Maybe it’s not actually true and the prince is misunderstanding? It’s a really weird change, almost like they wanted the other manwhore candidate to have even chances

If it helps in the novel the ML was notorious for being an incredibly cold man. He was deeply admired by women of high society but never gave a single one the time of day and had never been in a relationship with anyone let alone slept with them and in the manhua it seems his relationship with women were purely for gathering information for the sake of crown prince
(Why did they change the ML into a manwhore ughhh im so freaking disappointed)
