Xixi and Jian Yi made zero progress. And tbh I don't even think the author intends to make them a couple.
Mo and He Tian are... Complicated. They shared a consentual kiss this time and were being romantic a few chapters before the time skip. After the time skip their progress went some steps back. They are kind of together but not fully. They flirt a lot more, even share the night (for the viewer left open for interpretarion).

second couple: it's complicated

Jian Yi & Zhang Zhengxi are technically dating, as Yi says they are & Zengxi never denies it, but Jian Yi is still getting blueballed. In the future-set chapters they made a vow to move in together. I think Xixi is waiting for marriage. lol
He Tian deflowered Mo Guanshan in a future-set chapter in their working years & they live together & share a bed. Tian is still making marriage jokes & referring to himself as Guanshan's husband.
Old Xian has started increased the Qiu x Cheng ship & we are thirsty for more.
I remember leaving this to marinate 3 years ago and picking it up when they get together. Can someone tell me if they are together yet ???
