Why did the author have to write that Mikhail's cross over to the real world is limited to point yuri cant even contact his friend honestly i feel bad for his friend the author could have at least let his friend know (/TДT)/

Its the manhwa thats doing the disservice. It basically skipped some of the story just to reunite yuri and mikail

But then again, the novel itself kinda did disservice to two characters who are basically family to yuri (the professor and the friend).

In the novel, yuri is basically inconsolable and his friend tried to comfort him and all and then yuri got hold of the doll that looks like mikahil and it turns out it is mikahil in doll form and the friend eventually get to meet mikahil and the doll basically took knife and acting all threatening and saying "Yuri in mine!! BACK OFF" (It actually would have been funny and cute had they actually seralized it) and Mikahil says I found a way to bring back with me and Yuri is like would I be able to return back or communicate? Mikahil says nope and told him its the chance to come back with him and you know what Yuri did? "I gotta go to mah man, byeeeee" okay fine he didnt actually say that but more like I always wanted a place of my own, belonging and I finally found it with Mikahil and wants to go to him. His friend is a little reluctant but did give blessing and thats that

Idk why they never adapted that scene, just one chapter and whoosh, back to Duke's reality. Like why adapt a novel that already makes sense and cut corners instead. Like I get cutting some scenes that don't contribute to the whole story (scenes that you won't notice it's gone) but that part? Like why? It's an important scene because early in the story, we know how much Yuri cared for his friend and they just toss his friend like that.
