Yep, in the genres section

If you click the three lines in the right side, you'll see an "All genres" section below the "desktop version".

oh i meant the tags, not genres, like "isekai, reincarnation"

I think you just type in something like "#isekai #reincarnation". At least that's how I've done it. Not sure exactly how the system works though.
