she's not the only one capable of magic. So are the elves. She created a system for all three groups: the humans, beastmen and elves, to work together. She's just a maverick who has a superior understanding of magic.
Its cute and all, but if they depend 100% on her magic and alchemy, how'll the village survive by itself? Every kind of trouble is "I can fix it with magic" with is not bad, but makes the village and beastmen completely dependent of her.
