Its def an infection like classic zombies but the reason the father didnt turn is because he wasnt infected when he was killed by juwon and those that do turn probably still attack people, just not as vicious as zombies in movies
But in the first chapters they said the person suddenly wakes up and starts walking around. There is also explosion in the building and all ppl die but then started walking. So, it doesn't seem infection either. Unless everyone in that building is already infected
I have questions. Why doesn't MC father turn into those zombie? And it said before that zombies just walk among ppl and doesn't hurt so isn't it fine? The fact that the outside world and that big ass ML background is not stated enough makes me unsure of everything lol.
