Sorry for being late about this info, did they change the artist or it's the same artist but changed their style?
I feel like i could forgive some errors in proportions and mistakes if the art direction was better, because if this art was in a new story with no Chapter 1 comparison it’d be fine. It’s that mikhail in this style looks too innocent??? He was supposed to be strong and overbearing but he looks naive and innocent compared to Millard. I feel like it’s in the eye style and poses.
Have you seen the chin? It's so pointed it could prick your finger. I hate them especially because they ruined mikhail's essence. Others? Still fine but mikhail looks boyish not a manly homunculi emperor. I have no idea what happened to the art style. I started rereading and this is what i come back to.
SAMEEE i read this first when the first art was around then it went into hiatus if i remember? i was waiting for this to come back s0o so bad i liked it so much but when the art changed i just lost my interest cant bring myself to read it
I absolutely hate the art. Despise it. The previous one was so much better. Still the story is off the charts so i should be gladm the first art set the standards well, I can't find myself to accept the second art much.
