They did repeatedly bring up in the beginning how fit the MC is, it’s to the point that most of the espers (besides the ML) are constantly getting reprimanded for falling behind a “mere” guide in terms of fitness. Most of the espers rely on their powers more than their actual bodies, so not only is the MC physically stronger than a lot of them but the villain here was even more weakened than usual after fighting with the ML
Idk why but I feel like this is progressively getting worse. Not just the story but even in the climax I feel like they didn't build enough tension and some power scaling issues(e.g. how the MC was able to hold down the Villian even after what just happened) made it feel super mid...
