Because she's that stupid, emotionally I mean. She's dissociating thinking she's ellincia even while playing but her "enemy" survives. She doesn't see that Phil is also a victim, so her sense of justice which is completely biased towards herself, as the narcissist she is, she'd vixate on punishing Phil in some way.

As someone who used to read and wrote fanfics it's kinda easy to hate a character so much you want to write them out the story or give them a bad ending. And there have been times people think fanfiction is canon.
I thing the fake is mentally unstable tho lol. She doesn't believe believe the world she's I is real which is wild cause she's been there so long. She doesnt see the people as actually people, just NPCs. She doesn't care if Phil is a victim too. She just wants to be the center of everyone's world to get affection she never had.
I still dont understand why the fake transmigrator hates Philomel so much to the point of writing fanfics about phil’s demise. In the OG game she is not that evil? The misdeeds in the “fanfic” is exaggerated (iirc). The game is also an otome game focusing on the romance between Ellen and LIs. Why the focus on a side character?
Also, from her POV isnt phil just a 2D character? I dont see any point in putting so much energy on a fictional character??
