I dont think tge author does, but the artist. They always pick works to draw where the men are suffering be it straight or gay men. But then she drew a gl and it is one of the most healthy kink works I have read + pretty cute. I think they like lesbians lol, but dont gaf about straights or gays.

I remember, when Sadistic Beauty Side Story came out, people were saying the author (idk if the artist or writer) had a deep, deep hatred to one man she knew, and based that bottom around him, and the story was just like this one. My guess, if the author's are the same, is that this bottom is also based on that guy and she thrives on making him suffer. Also, both bottoms look pretty alike, so that'd be my guess
