I wish for everything bad in the world to happen to the ML.
I wish that when his mother committed suicide, and he found her, I wish that he found everyone he ever loved dead, too.
I wish that when he's finally reached his rock bottom, and he wants to kill himself, he can't.
I wish that he relives the most traumatizing day of his life over and over until his brain turns to scrambled eggs.
I wish that he develops a disease that keeps him from moving or talking, so he can't enjoy anything ever again.
I wish that a war happens and he's sent to the front lines, and when he finally comes back, he's traumatized and his limbs are all gone.
I wish that he suddenly turns blind and deaf at the same time, and never recovers.
These types of MLs piss me off more than anything else in the whole entire world. The fact that in his mind, he's the tortured one. That he was only mean to the MC bc he wanted to "protect her", DON'T FKN WASTE MY TIME. He acts like a victim, when he pushes the MC away and acts so cold towards her, all for what? He still went after her, he still married her, he still involved himself with her even after all the silence he gave her. Like what was the point of making her think you hated her just for you to insert yourself into her life and make her even more miserable? She endured abuse and torment from his step sister, she had to put up with his cold treatment for two years, and RIGHT before their contract ends and they get divorced, he wants to do a 180 in personality? He gets all touchy and warm with her ENOUGH TO CRACK JOKES??? Don't piss me off.
And AND he has the audacity to pull away ONLY when it's convenient for him. That's fucking manipulative, and I wish that he dies a slow painful death while the MC inherits his entire fortune, goes back to the orphanage, and lives a happily ever after with a sweet guy (or woman, or nobody, if she prefers) who loves her.
