Kuh - the k sound followed by the embarrassed "uh" sound you could do
Nay - like the song watch me " what me whip watch me NAE NAE"
Shuh - you start with a shush sound and end with a "huh" like when you are wondering or surprised pleasantly. If your familiar with French I tend to pronounce is with a soft a i don't know if that work in english
Echinacea --> eh-kuh-nay-shuh
Eckie --> ek(like neck or deck)-ee(like bee or happy)
