It's more like "Why did he hid the child?" not "What did the seme do for the uke to hide their child?"...I don't really think it's about the seme, it's more like the short-comings of the uke; his insecurities, and cowardness—also the fact that him and the seme did the deed because of the uke's hidden agenda which is to have the seme's baby.
