I think it's more than on "Why did he hid the child" and not "What did the seme do for the uke to hide their child"...I think it's more on the short-comings of the uke; his cowardness and insecurity—and also the fact that they did the deed on seme's rut cause of the hidden agenda of the uke which it to have the seme's baby. I'm not defending the uke about hiding their child though, this is just what I think after reading the first season.
Ngl, if I was the seme's mother I'd be PISSED. You took advantage of my child while they were in their first rut (bordering on rape but the seme likes the uke so well pretend like it's not), you purposefully got knocked up, the you ran off and hid and told no one on OUR side of the family that we have a family member out there. You e stolen years of time with my grandchild away from me and my son despite all the love and support we had always given you and you had planned to never tell any of us about it.
We were extremely kind to you, took care of you, and you repaid that with sexual assault and what could easily be considered kidnapping.
Idk, I don't like the uke. For the above reasons but also cuz he seems rather dumb too.
I am biased because I don’t like this story trope of the hiding the kid from the ML when there’s no toxicity. I get it in toxic BLs, but when it’s unnecessary I’m just like mmmkay come on. Especially when the ML already told the MC his feelings and is clearly nice to him? What’s the point? Overall, story a no, but it looks cute.
