Feels like the story is working towards making the MC the new (or first?) true demon god, like the ones you sometimes see in other similar stories. And I don't mean the leader of a demonic faction (though he will probably be that too), but an actual demon god standing at the top of the world.
Addition: Actually, considering I heard this story is in the same universe as Nano Machine, he could be the founder of the demonic faction.

Addition 2: Just looked it up. There are multiple webtoons in this same universe. In chronological order: Invincible Mumu→Absolute Sword Sense→Myst, Might, Mayhem→Nano Machine→Descent of the Demon God.
Apparently this one is set 800 years before Nano Machine. And the MC is indeed the founder of the heavenly demon cult.
Absolute sword sense is a prequel to this one, though I don't know what happened to the blood cult that story's MC is a part of, as we haven't seen or heard of it yet in this story. Couldn't find much about Descent of the Demon God apart from apparently it also follows this story's MC?
Also, apparently the MC from A.S.S. will somehow meet this MC once he reaches the immortal realm, and try to teach him about the sword. (emphasis on try), and both A.S.S. and this MC will meet the MC from Nano Machine to teach him when he reaches the immortal realm as well.
damn, after all those things and I'm kind of dissapointed for the unnecessary harem from nano machine. could've turned like mc from this manhwa considering they're in the same universe yet this one's the better af
I honestly don't get all the harem hate on this website. Am I into harem? Nah. A single relationship that naturally develops over the story is SO much better. But I've accepted that it's just kinda part of the culture in the east, for some reason, to have an MC get multiple girls. It won't ruin an entire story for me.
have you read the novel of nano machine? at some point, I've read few spoilers regarding the harem. i think something happened that didn't necessarily made the readers drop the both the manhwa and the novel just because of the romance.

mc's just pure evil. can't wait for the sealed gate inside him to open and reveal his true self, also i think his grandpa has connections to the one who killed him (and maybe that's why they're in that kind of situation, learning poison and herbs to hide or avoid drama)
