I wholeheartedly agree Katsura-he’s struggling with being ejected from his homeland, contracted into a marriage agreement that wasn’t what he was prepared for, introduced to a relationship dynamic he didn’t pursue, essentially groomed by a proxy to ensure he wouldn’t kick up a fuss and STILL acted honorably until the inevitable emotional turmoil engendered by physical and psychological manipulation was complete and even then he was willing to take the blame for breaking the betrothal to follow his heart. Still, I have eyes and Ain/Ian (still laughing at how freaking obvious that was from the jump) is beautiful, so I’m just popping up some corn for the next train wreck episode.

... still, if I were Michel, I might be a bit pissed at the reveal because it's such a trap. He was going to feel like sh*t either way - love 'im and leave 'im for the "betrothed" or fall in love and beg to elope, abandoning the "betrothed." $2 says that Michel is going to face vilification and scorn either way. Well, it should be interesting from here out, but I would still sulk in a dark room, burrowed into a high, wing-back chair in front of a roaring fire, all Poe-like for at least a month to demonstrate my displeasure at being played.
