In my POV, His Sucide is the charismatic ending a handsome psycho like him deserves because jail would have somewhat disturbed his charm. If he ends up with fl as a happy ending, It might satisfy some readers but That would have turn off Fl's character's beauty. This ending is what made both MCs shine in their own way without dimming each other's spotlight.
