Imo, they are essentially in the lovers stage already. But because Jang is a crazy psycho and Yeowon is deeply traumatized and anxious, plus the circumstances of how they initially met and how they met again, their relationship still seems like so much of a shit show.
I guess I could see that, yeah. That's why I felt so confused when he was blushing and all when Yeowon said the simplest of things, but I guess we've already made it that far. O_O
