I forgot the title but my last memory of it was about the second couple. The uke was like fake cheating in an attempt to make the seme jealous. Then in the next few chapters, the POV then shifts to the uke and it is revealed that the reason he was acting this way was because the seme was actually too focused on his job.

Y'all Chase is not being dramatic. He's like severely depressed/anxious, that's making him think and do all these extreme things. He's been "crazy" since Chapter 1 ya know. Only difference now is that he's more inclined harming himself rather than others.
