it really is a perfect representation of all sorts of queer people fr. its also so realistic? like the characters are hardly perfect, but theyre not bad people at all, especially the characters who came off as homophobic. i'll be thinking about this one for a while now
I probably first read this during corona days. Probably 2019 or 2020. I was blown away by what I read. It made me emotional, it gave me courage. Above all, it made me want to live a life true to myself. The fact that no manga has come close to represent lgbtq+ like this one is a testament to how ridiculously amazing this manga is. The characters feel so real. Their emotions feel so raw and reach you like no other. The art is unbelievable and don't get me started on the plotline. I've already written a whole article over it and even than I haven't been able to cover all aspects.
To everyone out there, feeling alone in this world that doesn't accept you, you're not alone. You'll find your people, you'll find your home. Keep being your amazing loving self!
