Generally I hate when people tell me this, but it REALLY depends on your definition of a good ending. Given who these two people turn out to be, it can be said it was the only fair and "good" ending possible for them. I can spoil it if you like.

Basically Jiwook gets treated more badly by Juhyeon, then gangraped and beaten at least one more time (maybe 2 more) and then ends up in the hospital after trying to end himself. It's revealed that in high school, Juhyeon and jiwook used to be classmates and juhyeon confessed to jiwook, who did like him back but was crazy homophobic and an ahole so he had his friends gang r*pe and assault Juhyeon in all kinds of awful ways for a long time and participated himself, made a video of it and sent it around. The video got back to Juhyeons mother who lost her mind seeing what happened to her son and ended up in the mental asylum. That's where Juhyeon goes on the days he wears black, visiting his mother. Later after high school Jiwook got into a car accident and had amnesia and forgot what he did and who Juhyeon is. That's why Juhyeon is abusing him back now. Jiwook recalls it all after he ends up in the hospital. He then apologizes to Juhyeon. Juhyeon is also kind of like "what have I become in my quest for revenge". Juhyeon tells Jiwook he'll leave him alone. But when he tries to leave, Jiwook is so broken and mentally messed up from all the abuse and his memory returning that he begs Juhyeon to stay. He basically only feels safe around Juhyeon and is afraid he'll be beaten and r*ped again if Juhyeon isn't around. Juhyeon agrees and they end up living together in a immensely codependent and traumatic relationship but both are so fucked up they really can only have a life with each other. I think Juhyeon continues to some what abuse and mess with Jiwook who can no longer live without it (but no more gang r*pe)

Jiwook doesn't try to end it, he escapes but it was a plan to lure him into the second gangrape and beat him up and he goes to the hospital bc of how badly they mess him up. My bad.

If you're caught up to where the manwha is then Jiwook gets out of the room and escapes from the house with the help of his friend Kim Suhyeok. Turns out it's a trap, the guys who gang raped him before are waiting to attack him again and Juyeon planned it.
Jiwook wakes up in the hospital beat to all hell and has a phobia of all men except for Juyeon. He also remembers he and Juyeon used to be friends in school but Juyeon caught feelings and Jiwook didn't want to admit to himself that he loved Juyeon too so he freaks out and gang rapes him and submits him to all kind of SA. One day he leaves a naked Juyeon in a school bathroom tied up. Someone finds him and it becomes a big scandal which causes his mom to have a mental break and end up in the hospital for the rest of her life. He apologizes to Juyeon and begs him to never leave him and Juyeon accepts.
In the side stories they are living together and there are 2 time skips. Jiwook has dropped out of school and doesn't talk to anyone he used to be friends with. He still has trauma from the gang rape and Juyeon basically treats him like glass so he gets frustrated and starts acting out and pretending to get hurt so Juyeon will dote on him. He still hears voices of the men who raped him when he's alone and one day goes too far he almost kills himself at the urging of the voices in his head, Juyeon finds him and makes him go to therapy. Juyeon also starts going to therapy.
Second time skips, it's Juyeon's graduation day from college. He's mellowed out a lot but they still like violent kinky sex. Juyeon plans on just picking up his diploma and leaving. Jiwook wants to go and see all the pomp and circumstance. Juyeon takes him but is upset because he thinks Jiwook is just thinking about the life he could have had if he had stayed in school. Juyeon doesn't walk and just picks up the diploma. He grabs a cap and gown thinking Jiwook will want to wear it, Jiwook actually wants to see Juyeon in it a take a picture.
On the way home Juyeon drops the diploma off at house of his rich father who abandoned him and his mom when he was young. His father wanted it in exchange for Juyeon not having to be the heir of his father's company. His father will still fund his lifestyle but Juyeon has the freedom to do whatever he wants.
They go home and Juyeon basically admits in a shitty very Juyeon way that he did it so he can be with Jiwook and not have to live some over controlled cheabol life. They both are afraid to call what they have for each other love to themselves or outloud. Juyeon says the can never go back to the people they used to be before all the hurt they caused but what they have now isnt bad.

I’m still a bit frustrated about Jiwook’s ending. I admit he deserved what happened to him, but I think Juyeon did him dirtier. Or maybe it’s because I feel like Juyeon can move on with his life and live independently, while Jiwook can’t anymore?

I agree, sort of. I think Juyeon could never move on after what Jiwook did. Even if he did live a "normal" life, i think he would always be acting. Thats why he came after Jiwook. The level of gangraped Jiwook goes through is so terrifying though. I just hope that they both couldnt have survived without each other in the end.

I can answer that: he tries to help Jiwook by getting him protection via Lee Sangjin (the big guy who was the ringleader of Jiwook’s first gang rape), which was an exceptionally stupid idea lmfao. But Juyeon tracks them down and beats Soohyuk up and forces Jiwook to ride him, and then penetrates Jiwook along with Soohyuk against both of their will.
Wth! This story is so crazy.
