Sure in like extreme cases but not just because of general unhappiness, and neglect might be pushing it a bit far unless you really can't leave

i’m thinking like social and cultural pressures that make people, especially housewives unable to leave
cheating is only bad if there’s nothing wrong in the relationship. if you’re being neglected, or if you’re in an abusive relationship, it’s fine to find something elsewhere, esp if you can’t end the relationship
